Skim over base maybe show some hits and parralells but mainly look at the hits in detail.
Only time I would look at base if it was a brand new product have a quick look at one then the rest can be skimmed through

I think it varies from break to break with me. If its the first time I've seen the product it like to see as much as possible. IMO this would apply (almost as a given) if they're were new collectors in the break, as we know what it felt like looking for our first cards from our first break. If it was a case break I would be more inclined to skim over base as much as possible and focus on inserts and the hits.

i personally like to skim over the base only look at inserts and hits just for time and base isnt really exciting for me cause its always there if you get me its not rare and its a standard group of cards
